Haley Garland, MPP

Haley Garland is assistant director of the USC Schaeffer Center's Aging and Cognition Program. She holds a BA in Political Science and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California. Prior to working at the Schaeffer Center, Haley worked on women’s health policy at the Office on Women’s Health in Washington D.C., where she researched vaccine hesitancy amongst pregnant women. Haley also worked at Political Solutions LLC, an all-female owned and operated lobbying firm, where she provided research support for public health non-profit advocacy. Her policy interests include providing equitable, quality healthcare for diverse populations.
