Tuba Tuncel, PhD, is an assistant professor of applied economics at HEC Montreal business school at the University of Montreal. She obtained her PhD from Toulouse School of Economics. Her current research is on industrial organization and health economics, with a specific focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
